Scientific Communications
Speaker programs, end to end
Content, creative and analytics across every stage of a speaker program: invites, email triggers and awareness flyers before the event, data-heavy scientific content during it, and clear summary and analytics reports after it.

At a glance
- Clients: Global biopharma and medical device companies
- Therapy areas: Glaucoma, antimicrobial resistance, refractive and cataract surgery
- Our role: Planning content, event creative, scientific content and post-event reports
- Scope: Content, creative and analytics across every stage, from invite to impact report
The challenge
A speaker program has many moving parts, from the invite to the report afterwards. When different vendors handle each stage, the look, the science and the message drift apart. Our clients wanted one partner for all of it. Here are three programs, one for each stage.
Planning, pre-event
Glaucoma awareness program
Eye care business of a global biopharma company, India
The program set out to improve how ophthalmologists in India diagnose and manage glaucoma, which often goes undetected. It ran at four levels: digital learning modules, hands-on workshops, an international speaker program and case-based discussions.
For the international speaker webinar, a UK professor of ophthalmology spoke with a senior Indian glaucoma specialist as moderator. We created the event content and creative: the program identity, save-the-date and invite, agenda with speaker profiles, email triggers and awareness flyers. For the workshops, we produced the synopsis, tablet content, a summary booklet and thank-you cards.
After the webinar, we turned the attendance data into a one-page analytics flyer: 1,983 registrations (1,759 HCPs), 727 attendees (571 HCPs), and 95% of the audience rated the webinar relevant, above 4.5 stars.

Execution, during
Antimicrobial-resistance platform
Academic initiative supported by an educational grant from a biopharma company, India
Carbapenem-resistant bacteria are a growing problem in Indian hospitals. We wrote and designed the scientific content: a detailed slide deck on carbapenem resistance from an Indian perspective, covering how resistance spreads, risk factors, detection, diagnostics, treatment options and a clinical case study. We also produced the platform's newsletters. Data-heavy evidence was turned into clear visuals and a scientific story, positioning the client as a thought leader in the field.
Evaluation, closure
Refractive & cataract symposium
Global medical device company, two-day international symposium in Singapore
After the symposium, we produced the final summary report: session-by-session summaries of each expert talk, with the key clinical data presented simply. The report gave the client a clear, data-driven view of the scientific content and engagement, ready to share with its teams and the attending experts.

The result
One partner, every stage
From first invite to final impact report.
